Teenager killed in three-vehicle crash in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, KY – A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 71 killed one teenager and caused serious delays Saturday afternoon, WAVE reports.

The accident occurred close to 2:40 p.m., when two tractor trailers and a Subaru were reported to have been in a collision.

The fatality, Ohio resident 19-year-old Sean Ingalls, was driving the Subaru.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

There is no official word on what caused the crash. As of this writing, this incident is being investigated.
