Narrative
CRESCENT SPRINGS, KY – A two-vehicle crash involving a truck killed a 4-year-old girl on Sunday night in southeast Kenton County.
The accident occurred at 9:35 p.m. along the ramp from Buttermilk Pike to southbound I-75 in Crescent Springs.
Police say that a vehicle carrying two occupants, including the child, rear-ended a disabled box truck on the ramp.
The child died after transport to a local hospital from injuries sustained in the crash.
Medics airlifted the driver, the child’s father, to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
