LOUISVILLE, KY – A crash killed one woman and injured three other people in Louisville on Saturday morning, reports the WDRB.
The accident occurred close to 2:30 a.m. at 42nd Street and Algonquin Parkway when the driver of an eastbound vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree after overcorrecting.
The fatality victim, 22-year old Savannah Duckworth, was a passenger in that vehicle. She had been ejected from the vehicle in the crash.
One passenger sustained life-threatening injuries, while the driver and another passenger received non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver is reportedly facing charges in connection with the crash.
