ULYSSES, KY – A person from a passenger vehicle died after their driver crossed the centerline on U.S. 23 and hit a semi-truck head-on Tuesday.
This crash happened around 7 a.m. near State Route 645. Officials closed the area for several hours to clear the scene and to conduct their investigation.
