MAYSVILLE, KY – A 17-year-old boy died, and three teens were hurt when the pickup truck swerved off Kentucky 3056 and crashed into several trees and telephone poles Thursday. This collision occurred around 4 p.m. The 17-year-old boy, who was the driver, was identified as Coltin Claypoole, who was pronounced dead at the scene. It is not immediately clear what led Claypoole to lose control of his vehicle.
