     Narrative

PRESTONSBURG, KY – A driver of a pickup truck had crossed the center lines on KY 114 and collided with a van, prompting the van driver to succumb to fatal injuries before 10 p.m. Monday. The pickup truck driver sustained unspecified injuries and may have been a Middle Creek Volunteer firefighter. This detail has yet to be confirmed. The van driver, who was identified as Glenn Tuttle, 69, of Garrett, was pronounced dead at the scene. Updates will be posted as they come to light.
