Narrative

Kenneth L. Troxell, 35, died on US 27 when an 18 year-old struck him with his pickup on Nov. 19th. Troxell was hospitalized at Scott County, TN. Hospital and died there.  The driver was Zachery J. Heath. He was not injured.  Trooper Aron Jones, the Kentucky State Police personnel, McCreary Co. Sheriff’s Department, Whitley City Fire Department, McCreary Ambulance Service, McCreary Coroner’s Office, and the Kentucky State Highway Department all responded to the scene at 7p.m. near 3253 Collage Street.
