Four-vehicle crash and fuel spill injures one person in Covington

COVINGTON, KY – One person was hurt in a multi-vehicle crash that spilled fuel on I-71/75 in Covington on Friday.

FOX 19 reports that the crash took place before 6:26 a.m. and involved four vehicles, one of which was a truck carrying the diesel fuel which spilled on the highway.

The status or condition of the injured person are unreported at this time.

The accident resulted in road closures for several hours.

The cause of the accident is still unknown.
