BARDSTOWN, KY – A crash in Nelson County resulted in the hospitalization of four people on Saturday afternoon, according to the Kentucky State Police.
The incident involved a Chevrolet Suburban and Chevrolet Silverado that struck each other in Nelson County near the 7900 block of New Haven Road.
According to police, the Suburban veered from the northbound lane of New Haven Road into the oncoming lane. The driver has been identified as 30-year-old Heather Booth of Greensburg.
Booth’s vehicle was then struck by the Silverado driven by a woman identified as New Haven resident Kaitlyn Hoffman.
Both vehicles had a driver and a passenger in need of hospitalization.
Hoffman and her passenger were treated for injuries at Flaget hospital. Booth was also treated at Flaget. 21-year-old Jasmine Morgan, a passenger in Booth’s vehicle, sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to UofL hospital.
